ABOUT US

Heng is a Certified Professional Trainer (CPT), IPMA, UK currently focuses his training and coaching in the areas of Corporate Performance Change, Mind Set Change, Transformational Leadership, Impactful Presentation Skills, Art of Influencing, Building Mental Toughness and Resilience. He has trained and coached hundreds of aspiring speakers and trainers.

Heng obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management in 1993, from the University of South Alabama, USA. He started his career with Price Waterhouse Coopers Malaysia.

Heng then moved on to join the F&B Industry Giant - TT Resources Bhd as the Head of HR Department and was one of the key members in the company’s listing team in 1998. He helped designed and conducted numerous in-house training programs. He later took up new challenge to be the Sales Operations Manager. In 2001, Heng was appointed as the Country - GM of China, where he headed the overall China business operation, overseeing 200 employees.
